Turnaround

Excluding Pre-Orders, all orders are shipped the same day if order is placed before 3PM EST; Otherwise, they will ship out the following business day. Normal shipping will be 3-5 business days to arrive. For international orders normal shipping will be 8-14 days, depending on the country.

Pre-Orders

Estimated shipping dates are provided for Pre-Orders. We will do our best to ship your pre-order before or on the estimated ship date, but please be aware the actual ship may be different due to production or shipping delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order starts fulfillment, a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier. We will then update your order with the tracking information and email it over to you.
